How Keliqo works

Keliqo reads a visitor's question in their own words and turns it into the filters your catalog already knows. When one detail would change the answer, it asks one short clarifying question. Then it answers only from your catalog and pages, with links to the products it used.

From question to answer

1. The visitor asks. For example "tent for two, under 100". No keywords or menus needed.
2. Keliqo turns it into filters. Category: tents. Capacity: 2 people. Price: up to 100. These are the same fields your product feed has.
3. It asks when unsure. If one detail matters, such as "for summer or for all seasons?", Keliqo asks one short question with ready answers to tap.
4. It answers from your data. A short answer in the visitor's language, with links to the exact products it found. When nothing matches, it says so instead of making something up.

Set up in 3 steps

1. Open the try page and paste your site address. Add a product feed URL if you have one.
2. Check the assistant on a preview of your own site. No signup is needed for this.
3. Create an account and copy one line of code into your site, usually into the footer.

What data it uses

Keliqo uses only what you give it. It does not search the open internet.

• A product catalog: a Google Merchant feed (XML), a CSV file, a Shopify store or a Heureka feed (Czech and Slovak stores). The catalog is read again once a day.
• Pages of your site: up to 20 pages or PDF files, such as shipping, returns or FAQ. A website without a store can use pages only.

Prices and stock in the answer come from your catalog, not from the language model.

When it cannot answer

Keliqo says it does not know. If you turn it on, visitors can use a "Contact a person" form; their message is sent by email straight to you. Keliqo has no live chat inbox for your team.

Privacy basics

• Keliqo does not store the content of conversations.
• It stores only questions it could not answer, as text without IP address or conversation ID, with emails and phone numbers removed. They are deleted after 30 to 120 days, depending on the plan, and you can turn this off.
• Messages are processed by the language model provider Anthropic to write the answer.
